Qualitative

We conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and co-creation workshops with consumers and businesses, face-to-face, virtually, and out in the field. We draw on psychology and projective techniques to get to underlying motivations.

Quantitative

We take a rigorous approach to questionnaire design that is unbiased and engaging for participants. Using dedicated panel providers or clients’ own customer databases, we are experts in gathering consumer intel and analysing the data.

Consulting

We utilise varied data sources to undertake desk research and trends identification, offer workshop design and facilitation, as well as co-creation sessions with consumers and stakeholders to inform category and market understanding.
